Little garden friends

More Sky, Weather, Places we Love photos

I grew up with this sign next to I-5 just north of Oceanside: "Tan Your Hide in Oceanside!"

Not sure how this one ended up in the middle of the sky- maybe because they're all in heaven now?
My grandmother, Bessie Haden Morris and grandfather, Turner Oree Morris, with three sons: Page, Gilbert, and Dot, also called Dottie.  I don't know why they called him Dot. He went by D.L. as an adult. 1920s? Oklahoma or West Texas? Oil well behind them.
